Born in 1968 in Lausanne. He is a graduate of the University of Lausanne and a postgraduate of the College of Europe, Bruges (Belgium). Christophe Maillefer was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1992 and joined the firm in 1997. He became Partner in October 2004. He also worked as an Assistant Professor at the College of Europe and for law firms specialising in Commercial, Competition and European Law in Zurich and Brussels. Christophe Maillefer practices primarily in the areas of Intellectual Property, Contract, Competition, Sports and European Law. He is also member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of ECTA.
