Born in 1950 in Geneva. He is a graduate of the University of Geneva and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1975. Bertrand Gros was a Member of the Geneva Bar Association’s Council from 1994 until 2000. He is listed as a Mediator and Arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva. For many years, he was an Expert in the Legal and Anti-Counterfeiting Commissions of the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry. He was on the Committee of Economiesuisse, head organization of the Swiss Economy, from 2003 until 2009. Bertrand Gros represents major companies – notably in the Swiss watch industry – as well as famous individual athletes. He is particularly experienced in Intellectual Property Law, European Competition Law, Corporate Law, Trust Law, Tax Law and Sports Law.
