Born in 1969 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He graduated from the University of Basel in 1996 (lic. iur.) and 2005 (Dr. iur.) and was admitted to the Basel Bar in 2000. He began his professional career at an IT-boutique in Zug. Subsequently, he worked in the Trademark Department of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property. Furthermore, he accomplished a Brand Management education at the Lucerne College of Economics. He worked for Law Firms in Basel and Zurich before joining Gros & Waltenspühl in 2010. His fields of practice are Intellectual Property, Brand Management, Competition Law, Advertising and Commercial Law. Guido Laredo deals both with advisory and litigious matters.
